Our Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve made returns simple.


  • You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags still attached).

  • Returns are free if the item is faulty or we made a mistake. For other reasons (wrong size, changed your mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Make a Return


  1. Email us at olly@spiralsurf.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in eco-friendly packaging (reuse ours if possible 🌱).

  4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds


  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour?


  • Let us know in your return request and we’ll reserve the new item (if available).

  • Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


  • Worn beanies

  • Gift cards
